Head toward the first area using any catwalk or boarding that may be in place. Pull the wiring through the wall by reeling in the fish tape bringing it out through the hole for the electrical box.

As their name suggests glow rods glow in the dark. Run the wire or cable to its destination. Once your hole is drilled you can shove a glow rod through the hole to start fishing wire attach your wire to the eyelet at the end and pull it back through. The staple gun should be loaded with wire staples designed for holding the size and type of wire you are running.

Attach the wire or cable to a fish tape or coat hanger using electrical tape and feed it into the hole until it reaches the opening at the other end.
